William H. Bell Award

The William H. Bell Award for Predoctoral Achievement in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery is granted to one student graduating from a dental program who has been accepted into an oral and maxillofacial surgery program.

Each dental school may select one graduating dental student who has exhibited academic excellence and has been accepted into an OMS program. The awardee will receive a certificate of recognition.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduating dental student
  • Acceptance into an oral and maxillofacial surgery program
  • One nomination per dental school

 Nominations are not being accepted at this time. The nomination period will reopen in the spring of 2025.
