The affairs of the College are managed by a Board of Regents. The Board of Regents is responsible for oversight of the College’s operations. Members of the Board of Regents shall serve the College with the highest degree of undivided obedience, loyalty, and care. The Board of Regents is comprised of twelve voting members including six Officers and six Regents representing geographic regions.
Region I: Northeast
Region II: Mid-Atlantic
Region III: Southeast
Region IV: Great Lakes
Region V: Mid West
Region VI: West and At-Large
All international members are assigned to Region VI.
Additional business of the College is conducted by standing and ad hoc Committees. Standing Committees include Executive, Finance, and Nominating and other Committees are appointed as needed to conduct the affairs of the organization.
