ACOMS is proud to offer Continuing Dental Education (CDE) and Continuing Medical Education (CME) for a number of their in-person and virtual activities.
Continuing Dental Education
ACOMS is an ADA CERP recognized provider as designated by the Commission for Continuing Education Provider Recognition (CCERP).
ADA CERP is a service of the American Dental Association to assist dental professionals in identifying quality providers of continuing dental education. ADA CERP does not approve or endorse individual courses or instructors, nor does it imply acceptance of credit hours by boards of dentistry.
ACOMS designates each course or session for the number of continuing education credits listed.
Continuing Medical Education
ACOMS education activities are planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of PeerPoint Medical Education Institute and the American College of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. PeerPoint Medical Education Institute is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
